After a combined 47 years in retail and my tour in the United States Marine Corps, Christina and I made the decision to follow our dreams. Throughout the years, we made homemade italian recipes for friends and family. We were always told that our food belonged in a restaurant! Well, we put aside the idea of a brick and mortar restaurant and decided the fast growing phenomenon of food trucks was the place to unveil grandma's Italian recipes.
